DESIGNED BY BETH BLOOM DESIGNS

The project merges two established brands: Lockhart Smokehouse BBQ and the PBR (Professional Bull Riding) nightclub into a single, cohesive F&B establishment serving lunch and dinner and drinks 7 days/week. The design celebrates Lockhart's 100+ year-old BBQ legacy and PBR's rugged cowboy with its barnyard chic aesthetic.  Programming includes mechanical bull, DJ, dance floor, and stages for live music, as well as an outdoor patio, lawn games, and play area for kids. The intent is to design a destination for family, food, and fun and to develop a concept that can effectively be rolled out nationwide.
